The Development Strategy
The broad development strategy for Tunbridge Wells Borough over the period 2020-2038, is to ensure that a minimum of 12,204 dwellings.
May be meeting unmet need from Sevenoaks who have a shortfall of 1,900 homes.
Commitment to an early review and update so housing numbers will be reviewed again after adoption.
