Strategic Policy HS: Overall Housing Strategy and Presumption in favour of Urban Regeneration The Local Plan proposes to deliver at least 8,000 dwellings over the period 2025-2045, equal to an average of 400 dwellings a year over the Plan period. The Local Plan proposes to deliver homes on the following minimum trajectory: Year (Financial year beginning 1 April), then Trajectory 2025 - 2028 200; 2029 - 2030 250; 2031 - 2032 300 2033 - 2034 350; 2035 400; 2036 - 2037 450; 2038 500 2039 - 2040 550; 2041 - 2042 600; 2043 -2044 650
