SP1- Overall Levels of Growth
1) Provision is made for the delivery of at least 9,253 dwellings over the 16 year plan period 2026–2042
2) The Plan’s housing provision represents approximately 77% of the standard method housing need of 12,032 dwellings. The council will continue to seek to meet as much of the identified need as possible, subject to the district’s Green Belt, environmental, transport, infrastructure, viability and deliverability constraints (Reg 19, July 2026)
