Kingston’s Housing Requirement
A. To meet the London Plan’s housing target and support the delivery of
sustainable communities, the Council will:
1. Make provision to deliver at least 19,000 new homes between
2025/26 and 2042/43. Note housing requirement period differs from plan period.
