On the basis of a 12 year plan period, the revised minimum housing requirement of 703dpa would equate to 8,436
homes over the plan period (IR 57). MM23 amends Policy H1 to read, "‘The council is planning for a housing requirement of 3,515 net additional dwellings over the first five years of the plan period (2025-2029), at an average of
703 dwellings per year.
