Notes
The target allocated to Royal Greenwich in the London Plan is 2,824 homes per year over ten years 2019-2029. When this target is extended over the 15-year period covered by this Plan it results in a target of 42,360 new homes.
This will be achieved by adopting the following stepped housing target:
Plan Period Years 2022/23 – 2026/27 = 9,650;
2027/28 – 2031/32 = 22,300; and 2032/33 – 2036/37 = 12,170.
