POLICY LP1: SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY: MANAGING CHANGE
The plan makes provision for development needs and supporting infrastructure for the
Borough to 2042.
Sustainable development and inclusive growth are supported by delivery of the
following between 2025 and 2042:
• Provision for a minimum of 11,492 new homes, a minimum annual provision of 676
dwellings per annum
