Notes
The housing target for the Gedling Local Development Plan will need to be
informed by the standard method published in December 2024 which resulted
in a need figure of 609 dwellings per annum. However, this figure was
subsequently increased to a requirement of 631 dwellings per year with the
updated affordability data published in March 2025. This equates to a figure of
11,358 over the plan period.
