STRATEGIC POLICY S6 – HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS In order to meet the transitional arrangements for assessed housing need calculated using the Standard Method, provision is made for a minimum of 22,990 net new homes at an average annual rate of 1,210 net new homes per year.
