Housing numbers are from MMs (July 2025). The plan period is from 2021/22 – 2038/39 giving a total requirement of a minimum of 11,484 dwellings. The housing requirement is stepped, with an annualised requirement for the years 2021/22 to 2029/30 of 575 dpa, stepping up to 701 dpa for the years 2030/31 to 2038/39.
