• Emerging Plan: since the last AV, a further Regulation 18 consultation ended in October 2025 focussed on specific changes such as:
o Rebasing the Plan to 2024/25 and providing a new Plan period to 2042/43 (seeking 15 years post-adoption).
o Utilising a Local Housing Need (LHN) figure calculated via the NPPF/PPG standard method of 1,215 homes per year (minimum of 23,085 new homes over the 19 years of the Plan).
