HOU 01: Breckland’s Housing Requirement
To enable the District to meet future housing needs, the Local Plan sets a minimum requirement for delivery of at least 16,560 new homes between 1st April 2025 and 31st
March 2043 to ensure an average minimum provision of 920 dwellings per annum. The Distribution of this development is set out in Policy HOU 02. (Reg 19 July 2026).
